2025-2026 Business Partner Sign-Up (Step 2 of 2)

Thank you once again for your interest in partnering with PASFAA!  On this page, you will select your PASFAA Business Partner Options and payment information.  Credit card payments can be made securely within the form below.

If you indicate you want to pay by check, payment is due by Friday, August 29th, 2025.  Payment instructions will be shown below when you add an item to your cart.  Additionally, the instructions will be included in the receipt/invoice emailed to you when you submit your choice(s).
