It’s Time for PASFAA Conference 2025!

The conference registration fee of $495 includes your meals. Daily rates are available for those who will not attend the entire conference. Early Bird pricing of $450 for the full conference is available until COB September 19th. 

Parking is available at a discounted rate of $10/day.
Entrances:
• North Christian & East King Street (open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:29 AM)
• East Mifflin & Duke Streets (Unreserved Spaces)
• East Vine Street (Reserved Spaces)

9/5/2025:  Breaking news on the hotel block: Saturday and Sunday nights are now fully booked at the group rate, so those nights will default to the standard rate if not already reserved. To get the block rate for Monday–Wednesday, attendees must update the dates on the group rate page (not the room selection page). Otherwise, the block rate will not apply and the cheapest is a prepay non-refundable rate that gets charged up front.

9/10/2025:  More breaking news on the hotel block:  If the PASFAA room block is not available for the entirety of your planned stay: It is best if you book the night(s) available at the group rate then call reservations to get the missing night(s) added on.  Also, the room block cutoff date has been extended from 9/19 to 9/22!
