Job Description:

Albright College is seeking a Director of Financial Aid, a seasoned professional who will lead and manage Albright’s Financial Aid Department. The Director is responsible for all aspects of processing undergraduate and graduate student financial aid, the coordination of services between campus units, ensuring compliance with federal and state and other regulations, and the awarding of more than $45 million of financial aid funds; thus, the successful leader will have a thorough knowledge of current best practices in financial aid and will possess a mindset focused on student success and enrollment growth. The director provides leadership for scholarship endowment fund management, NCAA Division III athletic compliance, strategic policy analysis/planning, scholarship administration, and the processing operation and shares accountability for enrollment and retention. The successful candidate will join a vibrant enrollment management division under the leadership of a new Vice President for Enrollment Management, and will be working with this team to evolve Albright’s financial aid strategies to support student enrollment, accessibility and success.
