Assistant Director of Financial Aid
Directs, coordinates, and oversees the University’s financial aid program. Ensures that financial aid contributes toward enrollment goals.
Essential Functions The Assistant Director of Financial Aid will oversee financial aid related customer engagement including, but not limited to the Financial Aid Wellness Center, Financial Aid Counseling (in-person, virtual, email, phone, on-line chat, etc.), Financial Aid website (content & design), forms, communications, and staff participation in programs including admissions/financial aid programs. This position will serve as the primary contact for the staffing and scheduling the Financial Aid Wellness Center and initial point of contact for escalated service concerns. This is a supervisory position and the Assistant Director along with their team will contribute to supporting University policies
University of Pittsburgh
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years minimum Financial Aid Experience. Hybrid: Combination of On-Campus and Remote work as determined by the department. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., some mornings, evenings and weekends may be required
