Director of Financial Aid

Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time 12-month position as the Director, Financial Aid in the Office of Financial Aid.  The Director is responsible to the Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead and manage the Financial Aid Office to ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional fiscal and statutory regulations.  The Director will work collaboratively with the Vice President and University wide stakeholders.  The Director works with the Vice President to establish strategic planning and implementation of financial aid policies and procedures and will also lead professional development of the financial aid staff.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.  Significant and progressive experience in financial aid of at least 7 years.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Extensive experience and knowledge  with the following software: PowerFAIDS, COD, ELM Resources, FISAP, WS FTP, SQL, Jenzabar, Excel, and PowerBuilder; experience with PHEAA Needs Analysis, NCAA compliance experience preferred.
