Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Financial Aid works as part of the division of Enrollment Management and has a primary responsibility for coordinating efficient financial aid operations to support current students through the process of loan forms, outreach to students with account issues and coordination of a financial literacy program. This position works directly with lenders and third party vendors for private loan product support, processing and troubleshooting. Manages annual loan disclosure notices, loan reconciliation, financial aid community outreach and provides individual financial aid counseling to students identified at risk of leaving Arcadia due to financial related issues.  See full job description here:
