Associate Director of Financial Aid for Counseling and Customer Service
The Associate Director of Financial Aid for Counseling and Customer Service is responsible for providing guidance and training to the Financial Aid Counselors, the Financial Aid specialist and the financial services call center staff. The Associate also assists the Director with developing all business processes and helps ensure that financial aid packages are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The AD is also responsible for ensuring that students are provided with excellent customer service. The office serves all student populations including Traditional Undergraduate, Adult Studies, Graduate and Doctoral programs.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred • Minimum 5 years experience in the financial aid profession required • Financial aid software experience required, Ellucian-Colleague preferred • Public speaking skills • Familiarity with PHEAA state grant processing • Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity • Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
