Assistant Director of Financial Aid
Lebanon Valley College seeks a full time assistant director of financial aid. Reporting to the director of financial aid, the assistant director manages various financial aid programs including military benefits, state and private grants and scholarships. In addition, the assistant director provides office support by counseling students and their families on financial aid programs and opportunities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years financial aid experience in a higher education setting preferred, excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort speaking in front of groups, resourcefulness and persistence in seeking direction with the administration of aid programs, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, the ability to multitask with success and meet deadlines, and the capacity to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
