Description:                        Iron Bridge Resources seeks experienced Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Enrollment Management professionals to join its consulting team.  Consultants act as interim Directors and Associate Directors in a variety of functional offices at colleges nationwide.  Work is on a contract basis, and may be remote or on-campus.  Hours may be full- or part-time, and assignments typically last from a few months to a year.  Consultants are paid W-2 employees of Iron Bridge Resources.  Earned sick time benefit is available.

Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 10 years of experience at the Director or Associate Director level

·         Financial Aid, Student Accounts, or Enrollment Management experience is preferred

·         Must have functional knowledge of automated management systems, with a proficiency in the use of PowerFAIDS, Ellucian Banner/Colleague, PeopleSoft,                  Jenzabar, CAMS, etc.

·         Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
