Greetings!

On behalf of PASFAA’s Conference Committee, thank you for signing up as a Business Partner for the 16/17 academic year. We are excited to have you join us for the annual PASFAA Conference! In anticipation of your arrival, please see below.

You will soon receive an email from Hershey Lodge with information regarding drayage, electricity and WiFi for your booth.

Booth set-up:
 • Sunday, October 23rd from 6:30– 8:00 p.m.
 • Monday, October 24th from 8 – 9:30 a.m.

Booth breakdown:
 • Wednesday, October 26th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

You will be contacted individually to select a booth location. Each booth will be marked with a numbers and vendor signs. Your exhibit space will consist of a 6-foot table, two chairs, and a small waste basket. A map of the vending area will be sent prior to the conference.

Registration Packet Materials for Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners:
 • Send 275 pieces of collateral that you would like inserted into attendee registration packets by October 10th to:

NEW activities for our business partners include:

Speed dating: If you choose the Sales Presentation at Conference as part of your Business Partner Package you will participate in the Business Partner Speed Dating session! Showcase your products and services in this new format!

  • When: October 25th
  • Time: 1:40 - 2:40 p.m.
  • You will be allotted (3)- 20 minute blocks to present your products to a rotating group of conference attendees. PPT and Wifi capabilities will be available.

Trick or Treat: To be held just prior to dinner and Halloween Costume Party, the exhibit hall will host a trick or treating event. We hope you will participate – candy provided by the conference committee!

  • When: October 26th
  • Time: 6:45 – 7:15 p.m.
