Volunteer Form

As a strictly volunteer organization, the vitality and overall success of PASFAA is dependent upon the willingness of its members to serve the organization. The majority of our members serve our association by volunteering to serve on the various committees within PASFAA. Listed below are the various committees for which you can volunteer for this upcoming year. Please indicate in numerical order your preference of which committee you would like to serve on for 2007-2008. Volunteer Forms will be forwarded to Committee Chairs by June 15, 2007 for the selection of 2007-2008 PASFAA Committees. Submit below by June 1, 2007.

Please Note: YOU MUST BE A CURRENT MEMBER OF PASFAA TO SERVE ON A COMMITTEE. If you are not a current member please complete a membership application. Don't know if your PASFAA membership is current, find out - check your membership status here.
