Please provide the required contact information as indicated, carefully review each section and make your selections. At the end of the last page you will be instructed to submit your selections. The system will then calculate and provide an invoice for you to print. A copy of the invoice will be sent to Tonya Hsiung, the PASFAA Treasurer and Joan Holleran, the Finance and Development Committee Chair-Designee.

Be sure to print your invoice and remit payment to Ms. Hsiung as indicated at the bottom of your invoice.
